Bio : Dr. Basharat Ali is working in the Department of Chemistry, University of Baltistan, Skardu Pakistan as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry. Previously, he was working in the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Basic Sciences (CIRBS), International Islamic University, Islamabad, from February 2021 to 31st July 2025. He also worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University, China. He worked on organometallic catalysis for polymer synthesis and synthesis of organic solar cells. During his post-doctorate in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry, Soochow University, China, he worked on the synthesis of chemiluminescent dioxetane probes, fluorescent probes, and the synthesis of anthraquinone (Rhein and Emodin Natural Products) derivatives. He got a PhD in organic chemistry from the HEJ Research Institute of Chemistry, ICCBS, University of Karachi. During his PhD he worked on the synthesis of hydrazones, thiosemicarbazides, 1,2,4-triazoles, and other heterocyclic compounds. Twenty-four students completed their MS/M.Phil thesis under his supervision. One PhD student completed his thesis under his co-supervision, and 02 are in the pipeline. He has published 01 book/chapter, 01 patent, 22 papers (till 2025) in reputed journals, including the Journal of Organic Chemistry, the European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Tetrahedron, Bioorganic Chemistry, and the Journal of Material Chemistry A, etc. He is a reviewer of many reputed journals like Bioorganic Chemistry and RCS Advance, etc. His recent research focuses on design, synthesis, characterization and biological evaluation of medicinally important synthetic small molecules, particularly, in the field of heterocyclic chemistry.

Bio : Dr. Vincent Woon is an Associate Professor and Head of PhD Program of New Energy Science and Engineering at Xiamen University Malaysia. His research focuses on carbon footprint analysis, life cycle sustainability assessment, multi-objective optimization, AI-predictive analytics in climate change, etc., to advance the complex understanding of environment-economic-social well-being nexus in sectors such as solid waste management, green building, renewable energy, and transportation. He has published over 60 refereed articles, including Science as the corresponding author. He has received several international fellowships and awards, such as ACS I&ECR 2023 Class of Influential Researcher, IEAGHG Summar School Fellowship, Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) for Scholar, UNFCCC-GIR-CASTT Fellowship, First-Prize Award for Outstanding Research on Development by the Global Development Network through the World Bank, Fulbright Young Leader under the U.S. Government's YSEALI Program, and CrossCulture Programme Fellowship by the German Federal Foreign Office. He has been invited to act as a Lead or Managing Guest Editor, Editorial Board Member, Conference Chair, Session Chair, and the Scientific Committee of a variety of reputable international journals and conferences. He is a Professional Technologist with the Malaysia Board of Technologists, a member of the Young Scientist Network with the Academy of Sciences Malaysia, and a GreenRE Accredited Professional of the Real Estate & Housing Developers' Association Malaysia. He received his Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology under the Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme.

Bio : El-Sayed Salama is a full Professor of Public Health School at Lanzhou University (LZU), and Head of the Green Environmental & Energy Laboratory (GEEL), and Deputy Director of China-Pakistan National Joint Laboratory for Biomass Energy. From 2018-2023, Prof. Salama was employed as a High-Level Foreign Talent (Category A) at LZU and recognized as a Distinguished Expert of Science and Technology in the Ecological Industry of Gansu Province from 2021-2023. Prof. Salama became a member of the Gansu Society for Microbiology, and Probiotics and Gut Health Branch of the Gansu Nutrition Society (China).
Prof. Salama team at LZU consist of 17 international members from 8 different countries (including China, Pakistan, India, Rwanda, Mongolia, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Burundi) working with several national and international project. His team published 170 SCI papers (~9000 citations with H index=56) in high-impact journals such as Progress in Energy and Combustion Science (IF=41.3, Q1), Trends in Plant Science (IF=21.2, Q1), Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews (IF=18, Q1), Trends in Microbiology (IF=18.7, Q1), and Chemical Engineering Journal (IF=12.5, Q1). Prof. Salama also has 3 books, contributed to 4 book chapters, holds 5 patents, and has completed 1 technology transfer. Stanford University (USA) has ranked him among the top 2% of scientists worldwide (2021-till now). Due to Prof. Salama achievements in last 8 years at LZU, he got Chinese Permanent Residence ID Card (Five-Star Card) in 2024 and Dunhuang Award for Foreign Experts from the Gansu Provincial Government in 2025.

Bio : Professor Rajan Jose supervises the Nanostructured Renewable Energy Materials Laboratory in the Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and is the Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Springer Nature journal Materials Circular Economy and Editor-in-Chief of Current Science & Technology. He has served as the Dean of Research of UMP during Feb 2016 – Aug 2019 and a member of various committees of UMP and Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia.
He has investigated nanostructured perovskite ceramics for microwave and superconducting electronics during doctoral research at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Trivandrum, India and has received PhD degree in the year 2002.He has contributed to the science and engineering of diverse range of materials. He was employed as a scientist at the Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (India), AIST (Japan), Toyota Technological Institute (Japan), and the National University of Singapore (Singapore) before joining UMP. He has published over 230 papers in Web of Science (Thomson Reuters) indexed journals which are cited over12800 times with an h-index of 60 according to Google Scholar database.
